1. Allowed use
Use the platform for legitimate business operations such as project setup, document control, field logging, forms, takeoffs, internal reporting, and related administrative workflow.
2. Prohibited behavior
- Trying to gain unauthorized access to accounts, projects, storage, or internal systems.
- Uploading malware, destructive payloads, or unsafe executable content.
- Using the app as a generic file dump unrelated to project operations.
- Abusing trial access to consume disproportionate storage, compute, or support resources.
- Interfering with the service, scraping around access controls, or attempting denial-of-service behavior.
- Uploading content you do not have the right to store or process.
- Using the app in violation of law, contract obligations, or required privacy or security restrictions.
3. Organization responsibilities
- Keep user access current and role assignments appropriate.
- Review imported suggestions before treating them as final records.
- Use the platform as an operational aid, not as a substitute for required field verification, engineering review, or signed contract interpretation.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate misuse, limit access, suspend features, or terminate accounts when behavior creates platform risk, legal exposure, or abusive infrastructure load.
