1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to any person or organization using IAOI Site Intel. If you create or manage an organization account, you are responsible for the users, data, and billing decisions attached to that organization.

If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. What the service is

IAOI Site Intel is a construction operations software platform for project setup, field production records, document control, forms, takeoffs, and related reporting.

The service supports operational recordkeeping and workflow coordination. It does not replace engineering judgment, contract review, legal advice, accounting review, or required field verification.

3. Accounts and organization access

  • Keep account credentials secure and do not share passwords outside authorized team access.
  • Use accurate user identities and role assignments.
  • Deactivate users promptly when access should end.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs through your organization account unless caused by our own security failure.

4. Subscription, trials, and seat use

Paid access is sold on a subscription basis. Organization billing is tied to the organization account, not to isolated personal logins.

Trials, included seats, extra seats, storage targets, and similar commercial limits are described in the billing and trial policy and may be enforced in-product.

  • Trials may be limited by users, projects, storage, uploads, or feature access.
  • Additional users may create additional subscription cost under the active pricing plan.
  • Failure to pay may result in billing hold, reduced access, or account suspension after notice.

5. Customer data and responsibility

You keep ownership of the project records, documents, images, and other content your organization uploads.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload, store, process, and share any project-related content inside the service.

6. Acceptable use boundaries

You may not use the platform to abuse storage, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, or use the service in a way that breaks applicable law or contract obligations.

The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.

7. Availability and product changes

We may update, improve, limit, or remove features over time. We aim to avoid breaking core workflows without reason, but the service evolves and may change as launch, billing, security, and product needs change.

We do not promise uninterrupted service or perfect uptime. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, and infrastructure failures can affect availability.

8. Warranty and liability limits

The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, business interruption, or data loss arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, billing is not resolved, or the service is used in a way that creates legal or operational risk.

10. Questions

For policy questions, contract review, or launch-stage clarification, contact the organization running the service or the site operator through the support channel provided in your onboarding or billing flow.

Transparent policies matter before teams trust the platform with project records, billing, and job documents.
